Return and Exchange Policy
We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on any of our products. All posters orders are transmitted electronically to our ON-DEMAND printing partners for IMMEDIATE production as soon as your order is placed. Therefore, double-check the sizes, colors, material, quantities, and shipping address prior to placing your order. The printing and shipping process cannot be changed, canceled, or intercepted once you complete your purchase. Therefore all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or rerouting / redeliveries allowed.
Furthermore, MyChiroPractice, its affiliates, and on-demand printing partners DO NOT carry physical inventory, nor have the resources to accept returned packages, store them, or reroute / redeliver them. Therefore if your package is misaddressed, marked as "undeliverable", "abandoned", "unclaimed", "no such address", "failed delivery attempts", or "returned to sender" by UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx - we are not responsible for issuing you a refund or credit, reprinting them, or redelivering them. Any package thefts must be taken up with local law enforcement, and any misdeliveries must be taken up with the shipping company.
Furthermore, there are no returns or exchanges due to minor material or color discrepancies. Printing the same digital file by different vendors, on slightly different material, using different calibrated machines, and environmental factors unique to their geographical location can result in slightly different outcomes.
For our customized digital items such as TV Slides, or Social Media Posts we can only offer you a refund or exchange if your request is received prior to us sending you the digital files. Any refund requests that are received after the transfer of files has taken place, will be denied.
Do you offer price adjustments?
No. Our occasional sales, promotions, or price adjustments do not constitute a partial refund or price adjustments on previously purchased items.
Shipping Damages?
Should the posters arrive damaged, it's most likely a shipping issue. Therefore, you must contact UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service (depending on which carrier our printers use), and file a claim with them immediately. Since we are not involved in the actual production and shipping cycle, we would not be able to help in any way.
I forgot to use my coupon code... can you help?
It is your responsibility to use a coupon code at the time of the transaction. However, we extend our clients a courtesy 15 minute window (from the time of the transaction timestamp) to contact us via email with a partial refund request. If for any reason your email request does not reach us in the 15 minute timeframe, we will not be able to (or responsible for) fulfilling your partial refund request. We are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected email requests, or requests arriving after our office hours of 8am-12:30pm Pacific time - excluding weekends and holidays.
What does "premium canvas wrap" mean?
Premium Canvas Wraps are a patented sturdy canvas design, offering warp-resistant construction, and an enclosed back. These canvas wraps feature hanging hardware already affixed to the back. These canvas wraps measure 12 inches wide (small), 20 inches wide (medium), or 24 inches wide (large), and are 1.25 inches thick.
Can I purchase an electronic version of the designs?
No. All designs are licensed to, and the registered copyright intellectual property of MyChiroPractice and it's commissioned artists and photographers. Because digital files can easily be shared or replicated, MyChiroPractice cannot make those available. If you require a special print order on wood, metals, or stickers, we can work directly with those service providers to fulfill your request without compromising any copyright or intellectual property issues.
Any warranties on posters and canvas wraps?
No. All printed material are subject to fading, discoloration, warping, or waviness after a period of time. Canvas wraps can also warp, discolor, fade, or come undone (glue separation) after a period of time. This depends on a wide variety of factors, including temperature, humidity, sunlight, type of framing or hanging, amount of touching and handling, chemicals or perfumes traces in the air, etc. On average our clients replace their posters every 18-24 months. We are not responsible for replacing any posters, canvases, or banners that become unusable, worn-out, or faded.
How long will my order take to print and ship?
On average, paper posters take anywhere between 3 and 7 business days to arrive (in the United States), and canvas wraps take anywhere between 10 and 15 business days to arrive (in the United States). It all depends on which day of the week the order was received, and where the final destination of the package will be.
Can I submit an idea for future designs?
Absolutely. We are open to expanding our line of posters per our clients' needs. We will take all ideas into consideration, and work on creating those that are requested by at least 10 chiropractors.
